Curbside Library Services - Materials Services
Materials include items that may be found in our online catalog. LIMITED TO SIX (6) Items per Request
Materials may be requested in the following ways:
1. Directly placing a hold in the online catalog - located here
2. Filling out a Curbside Materials Request Form - located here
3. Calling into the library to request materials - (765) 674-4718
When the requested item(s) are available, library staff will contact you at the phone number listed on your library account to schedule a pick-up time and explain pick-up procedures.
Curbside Library Services - Document Services
Patrons may place document service requests the following ways:
1. Email documents that need printed, copied, or faxed to the following email address: [email protected]
2. Place the documents in an envelope and drop them in the library dropbox located at the front of the library building.
Copies/Prints - Please include the following information with the print/copy request:
Patron First & Last Name -- Patron Phone Number -- Number of copies/prints needed
Fax - Please include the following information with the fax request:
Documents to fax (in order) -- Patron First & Last Name -- Patron Phone Number -- Fax Number
Library staff will contact you to schedule a pick-up time for original documents.
